Safety
Safety is a prime focus at Sea-Dar. All of its project managers, superintendents and field managers are OSHA certified. Everyone in the company
receives training on safety procedures and a comprehensive safety manual has been developed and is adapted to every project. Sea-Dar field
managers are careful to not only guard the safety of everyone in and around the site, but also to make sure the site itself does not become a
target for unwanted visitors. Sea-Dar has won several awards for its exemplary safety record.
Training and Professional Improvement
Sea-Dar employees participate in the AGC, a national professional society that offers continuing education programs in the construction trades.
Sea-Dar also encourages and sponsors its staff to participate in building seminars and classes held throughout the year and makes consultants
available for specific instruction and assistance.
