Single Family Residential:
Modern Revival
Working with Ruhl Walker Architects, Sea-Dar completely renovated a poorly constructed 1890's brick house in the South End using vivid color and Modern Revival ideas. A cobalt blue wall provides support to prop the formerly sagging floors while housing the new heating, air-conditioning, plumbing and wiring.
This project was awarded the Honorable Mention for Design by the 2002 BSA/AIA New York Housing Design Awards Jury.
