Single Family Residential Projects:
Contemporary Loft
The primary feature of this loft is a steel and acrylic screen which conceals the office and storage space while serving as the primary interior light source. Sliding walls accommodate fluctuating privacy needs, and brushed aluminum panels diffuse natural light throughout the space.
The Honor Award for Design Excellence was awared to Sea-Dar by the 2002 BSA/IIDA/ASID Interior Architecture/Interior Design Awards Jury for this project. This residence is featured in The New City Home, by Leslie Plummer Clagett.
