Multi-Family Residential Projects:
37-39 Clarendon Street
This 10,000 sf project involved a total interior gut of two historic buildings, including extensive structural bracing and reframing to stabilize the structure. This allowed for open floor plans and the addition of a new elevator. The historic façade of the building also underwent extensive restoration.
