Cambridge VictorianThis Victorian residence was completely gutted and reconstructed to duplicate the exterior historical details. Designed by Edward Bing Architects Inc., improvements to the interior include modern elements that are compatible with the age and design of the original house. A 1536 sf addition was also added to the rear of the building. The Carriage House was elevated and moved to allow for construction of a new foundation. Now returned to its original location, this building includes a garage, gym and guest suite. Significant site reconstruction involved the relocation of the macadam driveway, the installation of stone patios, and extensive landscaping. photos by Peter Vanderwarker |

I took on a major customization project of a new condo. As I had no real experience with something of this scale, I was a little nervous. Jean and his team exhibited great patience, honesty, and pride in working with me to produce a unit that I love. |
