A Sea-Dar/Perini joint-venture managed a $13 million project that combined three buildings that were formerly Emerson College's library into 11 luxury condos complete with garage.
This 40,000 sq. ft. project also involved delicate and selective interior restoration. The property was awarded the 2007 Preservation Achievement Award from the Boston Preservation Alliance.
