This 4500 sq ft house, designed by Hart Associates Architects, was built in just 10 months. The shallow sloping lot posed many challenges including the construction of an infinity edge pool with a swim jet, an expansive patio, and an outdoor fireplace within the restrictive waterfront lot limits. The exterior of the home has many details reminiscent of coastal shingle style homes. Other unique features are the American beech floors, custom interior stone fireplace with granite from an old bridge in Salisbury, MA, and a 20 foot Nana wall window overlooking the pool area.
