Beacon Hill Townhouse
Sea-Dar created this living space within 4 months from concept to occupancy. Working with Ruhl Walker Architects, the 5 stories and 2500 sf of living space was redesigned, gutted, and rebuilt with high-end finishes. The urban setting posed challenges typical of projects in tight settings and required close management of the construction's impact on the neighborhood.
