Sea-Dar renovated 155 units for this apartment-to-condo conversion. The complete conversion consisted of flooring, finish carpentry, bath and kitchen upgrades. The exterior received new lighting, finishes and signage, and the common areas were also updated with new finishes, furniture and flooring.
