building trust one project at a time

Sea-Dar Construction has proven achievement across a wide range of building projects: from fine suburban custom homes, luxury condominiums, and historic Brownstone residences, to large, technically complex institutional and commercial structures, Sea-Dar has established a reputation for excellence. Whether it is new construction, conversion, renovation, or restoration, we consistently exceed the demands of all of our clients.

Sea-Dar is committed to developing trusting relationships with our clients that last long after the project has been completed. Sea-Dar's adherence to tight budgets and strict deadlines and to creating an atmosphere of mutual trust through communication and an "open book" approach to project management is the basic tenet of our philosophy. Our success is best demonstrated by the high frequency of repeat customers and referrals.

Sea-Dar accepts the Pan-Mass Challenge

Pan-Mass Challenge LogoLast year Joe Roach, Sea-Dar's Director of Preconstruction and Estimating, was able to participate in his 2nd Pan-Mass Challenge by joining a friend who was going through his 4th round of treatment as a result of his bout with cancer. Joe and his team rose well over $60,000. On the heels of this event, Joe spoke about the event with Sea-Dar Project Executive John Kruse who is also a veteran Pan-Mass Challenge rider and together they decided to establish Team Sea-Dar. Team Sea-Dar will be comprised of Sea-Dar employees and friends who will ride in this year's Pan-Mass Challenge on August 4th and 5th with the hopes of raising over $55,000!

Team Sea-Dar needs your help to reach this aggressive goal. For more information about the Pan-Mass Challenge and to make your contribution, please visit our Pan-Mass Challenge page at and click on "DONATE TO MY RIDE". Remember to submit a matching fund request to your company to take your contribution even further!

Sea-Dar Opens Office on Cape Cod
Sea-Dar announces the opening of its new office in Osterville Massachusetts. "Opening a fully staffed office on the Cape is a natural progression for us," says Jean Abouhamad, President. "With so many of our Boston area clients building and renovating homes on Cape Cod we decided that opening an office would allow us to better serve their needs. Osterville is a great location from where we can service all of Cape Cod," says Abouhamad.

Sea-Dar is currently constructing its new office with plans to move into the facility in September 2010. "In constructing our new space, we are making a special effort to employ green building techniques in our office design," says John Kruse, Project Executive for the company, who will be managing the new Cape operation. The office is located at 2957 Falmouth Road in Osterville.
