Sea-Dar's President and Founder, Jean Abouhamad, is a structural engineer and real estate developer who founded the company in 1991 after leaving a successful career with one of Boston's most respected structural engineering firms. He brings enormous insight to owners and architects as they wrestle with the many options and considerations that arise throughout a project's permitting, design, budgeting, and construction. As President, Jean ensures the project team has all the corporate resources necessary to exceed client expectations throughout all phases of planning and construction.

With over 13 years of experience, Tony has demonstrated experience in managing numerous technically complex projects on schedule. Before coming to Sea-Dar, Tony worked as a project engineer for an international engineering consulting firm.
JOSEPH ROACH
Director of Preconstruction and Estimating

Joe leads the entire project budgeting effort. During pre-construction he manages all budgeting and pricing schedules to ensure accurate and timely budgets, provide engineering recommendations, and provide cost studies for alternative systems and materials. Prior to Sea-Dar, Joe worked at Shawmut Design and Construction and he has worked for Elaine Construction and A.J. Martini, Inc.
JOSEPH SCARFO, CPA

Joe is a key member of the Executive Team. He manages the finance department of accounting managers, property accountants, and accounts receivable and accounts payable personnel. Prior to Sea-Dar, Joe was Treasurer and CFO at J.D. Cahill Company and has held senior positions at Boston Harley-Davidson and Covenant Partners, Inc.
FRANK KENNEDY
Field Operations Manager
Frank oversees our field operations and ensures that our project team has the resources necessary to deliver on the goals of the project. He is actively involved throughout pre-construction, assisting with site logistics plans, project schedules, and constructability issues. During construction, he works closely with the Project Manager to resolve issues and assist with the punch list and turnover process. With over 14 years of experience at Sea-Dar, Frank has helped to grow the company to its current status. Prior to Sea-Dar, Frank spent over 15 years working with a variety of other local general contractors.
